If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange and the return shipping is FREE.
All return items must be in original condition meaning clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and absent of odor. ie) Don’t send back if there are pet smells/hair, cigarette/Mary Jane smoke, gasoline, motor oil, saltwater, sunscreen, ketchup stains…you get the point!
- Footwear must be returned the way it was shipped to you. This means clean and unworn with the shoes in their original shoe box. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
- Some product categories are ineligible for a return like underwear, socks, grooming products, food/drink items, and items marked on their product pages as Final Sale
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs paid on the order if any.
- Online returns cannot be returned for a refund in-store but can be exchanged for a new item or store credit.
